see a specialist or get a book written by a medically qualified specialist
it appears to offer lots of treatments but when you see real medical specialists - and i have seen 4- the book has been of no use whatsoever. the writer does not hide the fact that he suffered from it and its a collection of stuff he has found from one source or another. its only a cheap book i know but in reality it just led me down several dead ends and on reflection pointed me in a wrong direction. regrettably could not recommend
