Product was good

It's strong and looks perfectly ok, but perhaps it could have been lighter weight. It's slightly difficult to manipulate because of its weight. (Maybe it's better for men because of that? Not sure.) Otherwise it's good for travel because of the ability to unscrew the two pieces. :-)

Worst Purchase, It started loosening up just after few days of using that too not doing anything crazy on it After some days screw came off making it useless, also after a week it developed some fungus mold like substance maybe because of moisture at my place its basically wood but its too fragile to use for exercise other than stick Shoulder Rotation. If you only want to do those I guess its fine for those light activities only

Poor quality

I’m in my early 60s and have done yoga since I was 18 tho with inconsistencies due mostly to a very demanding job. Plus I’m convinced I’m innately rather stiff, but that would never stop me. Anyway my older brother was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis which makes his upper back slump. We discussed other family members who also had this. Thus I researched and came upon this yoga stick. My bro is too stubborn & conservative to have anything remotely to do with yoga, but after I started doing some free online 15 minute yoga stick workouts the feeling is dramatic. My back feels much stronger and I’m even walking straighter. I am not afraid of getting the family slump anymore when I get past 65. Even if it somehow is my genetic destiny, at least I’ll go down (literally) swinging. Tho there are many yoga sticks, I got this one because I like the organic feel of the wood and I can unscrew it in the middle and pack it in a suitcase. I hope TSA won’t suspect it’s a weapon! I am pretty sure it’s mango wood which I love, but I have been touting it around in my car and leaving it in the desert heat and it’s already seeming a bit dried out. I bought some conditioner for wood cutting boards, so I’ll put some on the stick too. I’m retiring very soon so it’ll get a lot of use. So very, very glad I bought this!

Love my stick. I’ve tried so many posture correctors and shoulder harnesses. This is the only thing that’s worked. A few minutes a day doing some simple exercises with this stick. Highly recommend. Take the plunge. I do think the manufactures should create an instructional video to help use.

I love this for functional stretches and to improve posture however, it runs short and I cannot spread my wing span fully ex. for shoulder rotations. Really sucks because if I want to extend my arms over head and rotate behind my neck, I cannot. I decided not to ship it back and keep it because am still finding use for it. I heard you can find basic dowels at Home Depot for less than $5 so that's now on my shopping list.
