This easel is perfect for smaller canvases or crafts. It feels stable and holds everything in place without slipping. It’s lightweight but still sturdy enough for regular use. Great for painting, drawing, or even displaying finished pieces.

Perfect tabletop easel. I use it for 8x10 pet portraits. It was definitely too small for a 16x20 canvas I was working on, but for smaller works of art, it works great and looks nice. It folds up for storage, and you can adjust the angle you as you work.

After reviewing quite a few listings for these I finally made my decision on this item. Part that I loved about it was that it didn't take up much space and folded up perfectly to where you can slide it in any drawer when you are done. There are some other listings on here that have drawers included and different things, but after further review I realized it would make it a lot heavier and clunkier and most people like to keep their paint and brushes separate. I would hate to get the wood wet with leaving paint brushes in a drawer attached so I was thankful that this one didn't have that. As far as the size, it is absolutely perfect because I was looking for something for smaller canvases. Maybe even 2 in by 3-in type and other easels have open backs where the painting would just fall through if it was too small or the canvas is I should say. This one's simple and opens and sits on a table top. You could even get yourself a little lap desk or tray to use it on. It's quite light and the quality is great. The reason for removing one star is because the edge on one side is rough and splintery and like They forgot to sand that side which means I'm going to have to do it. This would make me mindful if I had kids or if you purchased this for your kids to definitely fill all the edges with your fingers and then sand down as needed. Three of the sides were sanded down meaning They probably just missed sanding down the one side but it is very sharp and jaggedy and definitely ready to give a splinter. That would just take a little more quality control before they ship out or package. Still a great value for its money and was not missing any parts. I recommend this product!

It came with all of the screws fallen out of it, and you need 2 allen wrenches in order to get them back in, but you have to purchase those separately. Once its up, little pieces of wood keep falling off but it's not fallen over yet so thats good!
