This is super cute. It is amazing. It comes with a little pad that you can lay down to change your babies diaper. It comes with a little bag that you can put your bottles in or breastmilk and honestly, it is amazing just because it keeps it more cooler or more hot and it also comes with a little pouch you can use for pacifiers or small stuff and it comes with one side of pockets and on the outside with pockets and lots of space.
