Excellent product. I am 6' 5" tall, 280lbs. Narrow hips, small bottom, so my other underwear and pants tend to sag. These size 2XL fit a tad bit loose so they do not irritate skin, smooth, tailored, look like normal underwear. The waist band fits snug and smooth feeling, and does not irritate the large vertical surgical scar below my navel. Seems well made and just the right stretch in the material. The front absorbant pouch and fly is designed just right. I have sporadic urine dribble of about a tablespoon when I move to sit or stand, or at times when I get too full. ** Incidentally, it looks like I could slip a typical underwear pad in the front pocket formed by the fly and the inner wall of the front panal, if needed! I will update this writing after I have laundered these 15 times, and can comment on durability. I will buy again.

I"ve tried more expensive brands and these work well. They are comfortable. Not too hot in the crotch like other brands that are less breathable. These are for very light leaks. I would also get a size bigger. I bought larger which were fine, but the XL are a bit looser.

I got these knowing I would need something after prostate focal cryoablation. I had leakage, but I would consider it mild or slightly more. I am about 5' 11 1/2" and started out before the procedure at about 185#. After the procedure I dropped down to about 170#. My waist is about 36". I am slim and my wife calls me the "No ass man". With that in mind i looked at the sizing chart and I didn't precisely fit into any of the sizes, I ended up getting the extra large and they fit perfectly, and are comfortable. I don't ever feel wet and I do not have a problem with leakage. You want them snug, especially around the thighs. They have a fly, but it's useless. When you want to take a leak you have to undo your trousers and pull everything down, just in the front, with your thumb, far enough to get Mr. Happy out. In a public facility I would suggest using a stall. Yes, they're a bit expensive, but you're getting 5 pairs instead of the usual 3, you see advertised. The only thing I would improve would be making the absorbing area wider.

They’re okay for very light leaks, but I wouldn’t rely on them for anything more than that. If you have moderate leakage, you’ll probably still need a pad or a change during the day. The padding area also feels a little small compared to normal underwear.Overall, they’re a reasonable option for light protection and reusable convenience, but the absorbency could definitely be better. I’d give them 3 out of 5 stars.

Get over the stigma of wearing incontinence underwear. These work great for special occasions. Days when you're not going to be near a bathroom, are special occasions. These are not bulky, and cannot be seen under your clothing. It's a second line of defense.

Size seems a little smaller than expected. Pad in front could go higher up

Work well for me, good amount of padding and look like normal underwear.The box it came in said it contains panties.. so there’s that.. maybe ask to ship as a gift in another box if that could be an embarrassment issue.

my husband is pleased with these underwear he says they work very well and are comfortable... it is hard to get information out of a man ..so lucky l got this much..lol

Finally after 2 years since prostate surgery I can wear "regular" underwear!! These are very comfortable and although expensive so worth it!!!

Good quality but too small for me. Ordered larger size. Return process is good
