This is my go-to magnesium supplement! Easy on the tummy and good absorption, I notice a big difference in my sleep and exercise recovery when I take it. Everything I’ve purchased from 21st Century is great quality. Definitely recommend!

I ordered this product because of immune issues and my nails and bones need support. I even placed it on repeat delivery because I need it all the time. Unfortunately I did not pick up on the four pills per serving and one a day. When I noticed my nails were still breaking I was disappointed. Then I read the instructions and saw 4 pills!!! This was almost three 3 weeks into using the product. Needless to say I now had used up less than half the bottle and would not be needing the replacement so soon. Thankful I could cancel before it came. Taking the right dosage made a world of difference. Unfortunately I don't like the four pills idea. 15 pills is a lot to be taking and the less I have to pop the better for me. I may have to revert to the regular 21st Century Calcium with zinc and Vit D. Still have to weight taking less pills verses the better quality in the coral calcium though. Since taking the right dosage my nails are healthier than when I was taking the other type.
