This is awesome!
I don't think I will ever eat regular pasta again. I cooked half the package and it was a huge amount. I don't think it tastes like beans at all. Tastes like pasta! The texture is very close to regular pasta. It's a win-win, particularly for people that are trying to eat less carbs and more protein.

High protein, really good!
I actually like this product! I am diabetic and I’ve tried so many “pretend “pasta lol but this I really like. I kinda like the spaghetti style better just the feel of it in my mouth but really liked the product and I’ve bought it twice so will be purchasing again!

Very good item as high in fiber, gluten-free, and easy to cook. I like just putting pasta in dry form into stir fry dishes the last few minutes of cooking. I store in refrigerator to prolong shelf life. Would order again.

Great Protein, but...
I was really blown away by the protein in this. Definitely its greatest feature. It's quite...chewy, though, and didn't remind me of pasta in any traditional sense. And that's tough because I'm not a big pasta fan to start with. Anyway, I did make my way through the purchase and the protein was and is great, especially for vegans. But I don't anticipate repurchasing.

Bad texture and color.
I LOVE edamame! So I thought these noodles would be great. I couldn’t stomach them. The texture is too rubbery. And when they’re cooked they turn a very pale sickly shade of green. That coupled with the shape….they looked like tapeworms. No amount of cheese or sauce could save them.

Great purchase
For the protein and fiber benefits this product doesn't disappoint in the flavor department either. It doesn't taste like regular white pasta and is a bit chewier but I used it to make a feta bake with chicken, asparagus and cherry tomatoes, cooking the pasta first and adding the already baked feta ingredients and it was delightful.

Tastes different from traditional pasta, but I love it
My favorite of the healthy alternatives to traditional pasta.Great as a hot dish and works well chilled in salads.Plenty of fiber , protein without the unwanted carbs
