I bought it to deep clean a stovetop but now i use it all the time. very handy.

The battery did not charge and the unit only ran for about 20-30 seconds and attachments that were listed were missing Ive always had good luck with this brand in the past and feel I got a lemon not goo

Does it’s job but way to pricey and it seems to overheat cuz it shuts down after like 5-10 min

I've repeatedly tried to use the product around the warehouse and I've always had little to no success. The machine itself didn't take long to start up but when it actually got to working it would constantly spit water out the front instead of steam. The battery finally gave out on me after probably the 8 times I've attempted to use it. Overall the idea is good it's not heavy, started up good when the battery did work, I think the one I got was just defective from the get. Wouldn't buy again but hopefully they fix what's going on.

I'm very impressed with this little steam cleaner. It comes with a rechargeable battery and different little nozzles/wiper fabrics. It also comes with very clear directions, which I was grateful for when I opened the box to use it. Not only that, but it's super easy to get started using it. The rechargeable battery was pretty self-explanatory, as was getting it clicked in to use the steamer. Adding water to the little chamber was simple, too, and there's not a bit of mess from it. Although, I do still do that over the sink/bathtub. The hardest part of getting it started was the on/off button, because I've got no patience and didn't hold the button long enough. Then, you've just got to wait for the water to circle through/heat up, and you're good to go. As for how it works, this little steamer takes care of all those gross bathroom and kitchen nooks and crannies so quickly. I find I like to use it and then wipe whatever down with a sponge and there's really no cleanup other than a quick wiping of the space. This thing really does get all the tough-to-clean areas quite well and quickly as far as what I use it for. And I really like that it's just steam and not more chemicals to get things clean. I definitely recommend this.

You must use distilled demineralized water only not tap water or it will overheat

So this is a battery powered steamer, and just like a battery powered heat gun, it will eat though the battery very fast. I think that is to be expected, honestly. This is very convenient, and similar to a battery heat gun, it is great for quick and small jobs with a lot of flexibility of no cords. It has a small reservoir for water, which is also just fine due to the short battery life anyway. This works so great for quick spot cleaning, particularly in my car with kids.

My expectations were quite low, but it did not even meet half of that low expectation. It does not spray a stream of steam. It lightly emits a very very low pressure steam. Like a very hit cup of coffee. I wish I could find a use for this but I just can't.
