for the past 7 years i’ve struggled with lower back pain due to my herniated discs. i’ve tried heat pads which don’t help much due to the temporary relief and have even tried pillows between my legs as recommended by others. this product has since allowed me to sleep SO comfortably. it’s easy to move anywhere due to its size, allowing me to have comfort anywhere i go. I’ve used this for my back but also for the times i have stiff shoulders or a stick neck. it’s helped me wake up feeling much better. the support that the angle of it gives is great and the beaded area helps give you pressure when needed, if not you can easily flip it over. it’s not a stiff pillow so you can sink into it easily.

Very comfortable. I use it when I have to be at the computer for lengthy periods so it's great when sitting is required. I noticed a difference in the pain level right from the first use. It deserves a little better cover but definitely recommended for anyone with constant back pain.

This is very good for support while sleeping-it is the only reason I purchased it to help with lumbar support the design as well-made you can roll to either side it helps me also decompress in the lumbar - I have herniated disc there and I’m bone on bone at L5 S1 L4 contains hemangiomas. I do not want surgery and this has really helped stabilize me while sleeping. The only reason I gave it four stars is I would’ve liked it to have a pillowcase to put over it because I don’t like the chill of the gel part against my skin. but it is very comfortable! I put my own pillowcase over it. I sleep with it every night.

I bought mine for unconventional reasons. I have self inflicted lordosis (curvature of the lower spine) and I sleep on my stomach. But by placing this pillow under my hips/pelvis, it’s helps to straighten out my spine a bit and doesn’t hurt so much when I sleep. I just use it the opposite way!

Its very comfortable and really helps with back pain. Im still trying to see if it works well with the neck.

This product does provide back support and relief for back sleepers. However, I bought a large, and I think a smaller size would be better because it becomes uncomfortable if used for an entire night’s sleep. ( I am a 5’8” tall woman and not over weight). The cooling gel and sturdiness are pluses for the product.

I brought this for my work chair. It helps so much for support and I don’t have as much back pain like I did after working 10 hours a day. I just wish it can with a strap to try to the chair so it doesn’t keep flopping down when you get up. Now my other co workers love it too and they are ordering for there chairs.

Love this I use it for my back and my neck
