I'm fairly slender and my bone structure is decidedly on the narrow side. Finding a tendinitis strap has been far more challenging than I could ever have imagined. My forearm is about 11" in circumference and most of the other tendinitis straps have multiple ways to cinch them down. However, I've purchased 3 or 4 other versions (all highly rated and top sellers on Amazon) and I run out of Velcro to tighten for my apparently too skinny forearm. I'm sure they would work on bulkier arms---but not mine. This strap is sized smaller, has a firm, less flexible material (which I think helps my elbow) and a long enough section of Velcro to tighten. Surprisingly...this is the first one I've used that can actually be cinched too tightly! All to say, I'm pumped that after spending so much money on others...this strap actually works and aids my tendinitis.

I love this product 1st the cushion for placement at the pain point on your forearm feel perfect. 2nd the ruler on the strap is a big deal, it allows you to pull fir exactly the same pressure everytime you wear it. I didnt think much of it until I put it to the test. After several times and adjustments to fitting to my need everything they recommended was of course true. I still can't believe how this totally made my pain disappear just by wearing this. It works and simple. I'm a bowler a d it's a huge help with my game. Just shaking hand was painful for me. Thank you so much. I'm purchasing a 2nd one.
