These pads make my cute heels bearable for all day wear at work. They stay in place in a heel and a very nice gel cushion.

They are comfortable. I would suggest making sure the shoes you have will accommodate the space taken up. The shoes I had were covered with a small opening to show 3 toes. The shoes were great, the pads are great. But not together. I will be using them with a different pair.

Thick, sticky, maintains place. Makes heels much less awful to walk in; even comfortable at times.

These are comfortable, the padding is dense almost rubbery but in a good way. I purchased 2 additional packs after my first order.

I felt compelled to write this review on this product. These pads are a God-send! They are exactly what I needed, and they work like a charm. I ordered them to insert in my high heel mules to add cushion in the instep area. I just tried them and they are perfect! I love that they are marked for the left and right foot and they stick on securely. These pads are ideal for the purpose of providing a soft gel-like cushion for the ball of the foot. I cannot imagine wearing my high heel mules without them. What a perfect choice. I am glad I discovered these when I did. I don’t understand the negative reviews on this product! The price is perfect!

Made a difference

These cushions have 2 main benefits: Firstly, they provide extra padding under the ball of the foot when wearing high heels and stop your feet slipping forwards resulting in pressure points, so make a big difference to how much your feet ache at the end of an extended period of wear. Secondly, they are useful if you have strappy tops to shoes and you have narrow feet resulting in a gap between the top of your foot and the straps. This happens with a lot of styles of shoes that I have tried; these cushions have solved this problem by raising the top of the foot meaning I am no longer restricted to the style of shoes that I can choose. They attach easily, and the backing is very sticky, so they don’t slip at all once they are pressed down – make sure you have them in the right place before you commit! They do compress after extended use so need replacing eventually but, considering the price, this is hardly an issue! Each pair comes in a resealable plastic bag so you can take spares with you in your handbag if you have a pair of shoes that you suspect may give you trouble as the day wears on! At £3.99 for 6 pairs, these cushions are excellent value for money and make wearing high heeled shoes much more bearable!

Ces coussinets se placent à l’avant du pied, directement dans les chaussures. Ils disposent d’une partie adhésive qui permet de les maintenir bien en place dans la chaussure, sans glisser pendant la marche. Je les ai testés aussi bien avec des bottines à petit talon qu’avec des escarpins à talon plus haut. Dans les deux cas, ils se sont révélés très confortables et particulièrement efficaces pour atténuer la fatigue à l’avant du pied. Grâce à eux, je peux porter ce type de chaussures environ deux fois plus longtemps sans inconfort. Ils restent discrets et ne gênent pas la marche. Au final, des coussinets simples, bien conçus et efficaces, parfaits pour améliorer nettement le confort des chaussures notamment à talons.
