Just came back to purchase my second batch of the Harmony and Tempo to prep for some upcoming events so figured I'd share my experience! Purchased these before Coachella and I can definitely say they made a world of difference. I took Tempo, as directed, leading up and before/after each day of the event - which helped keep me in the game and Harmony after the weekend to help get me back to reality quick, which is what I needed... Working the day after a 3-day festival is never fun but I for sure noticed I wasn't as cloudy headed or mentally drained as I have been in the past. Since then I've used Tempo for any big nights out and Harmony to give me a boost when I was feeling groggy or under the weather. They basically double as a natural body, brain, immune boosters for everyday use. Will definitely be keeping these next to my daily vitamins since they come in handy for some many occasions. PS I realized you can buy them together after purchasing separate - get the combo pack. PS PS like any suplement - make sure to eat something before taking! Or else you may have a little stomach discomfort.

HARMONY is a major key to my post-party recovery regimen. I take their other stuff TEMPO before I start partying and the night of before bed, and I absolutely swear by it. But the HARMONY version is a little different, more geared toward recovering your body from a party than preparing it. I take it the day after partying, sometimes for a couple days depending on how hard I went. It's got electrolytes to recover you and also natural ingredients to help inflammation. But mostly I feel like this one is for my brain -- it gives your brain the food like 5-HTP it needs after you've done your thing at festivals or clubs or whatever. It's a great way to recover from what I fondly call post-party depression. CHEERS!

And it works well. I take them after every festival/rave and feel 99% normal after one day. I took the Tempo before EDCLV and noticed a huge difference in my mental state. Definitely recommend!
