Quality is fine. But holding feel is not good.

Not the best quality
The product looks good and keeps the coffee warm, but the quality is quite poor. Had it for three weeks and the stainless steel inside already turned pink. Replaced twice and the same thing happened.

This is by far the best travel mug I have ever owned! Unlike so many, the lid comes apart easily and simply, and can be thoroughly cleaned so no gross gunk builds up. When closed, it is completely leak proof. Keeps my coffee hot for hours, fits well in all cup holders, and is easy to open and close and drink from. Perfect!

El inconveniente no es del producto si no de Amazon o el proveedor quienes deberían de corregir su manera en que envían este producto que sumamente delicado, pues solo lo envían en una simple bolsa y cero protección y luego llegan dañados.

Good insulation. Kept the coffee warm until almost end of the office hour. Thought the lid reassemble was difficult until reading the instruction. Only thing that is a bit tricky is cleaning the top part of the lid, as it has a tiny gap between the plastic and the silver part, and it needs a small brush to clean off any residuals. Overall happy with the product and satisfied with the purchase.
