can you use the vest for weight plates and if need to change out to amor plate ?

I bought the Echo Rogue weight plates for this vest. It’s a great vest.

What is the best way to wash these?

I just took the vest apart back front and waist bands and toss into machine. Not the wire release. Open up pouches when done and hung to dry. Workes great
