There isn’t exactly two of each but there is definitely one of everything in the picture and more. Like there might be 4 of one moon and only 1 of a star.

Yes, there are a few repeats so if you want to make earrings out of it it shouldn't be a problem. I was very happy with the size and the quality of these for the price.
