This zip tape works with the green zip board we used for the addition. The quality is fantastic and it was very easy to use. This tape is a great value for the money. It’s super sticky once installed and stays in place. It’s waterproof once installed and doesn’t stretch out. The only thing I would suggest is including the little tool to smooth out the tape when you buy a box.

This is a seam-sealing tape for the exterior of buildings. It is really sticky but it still has to be rolled down for max adhesion. And being really sticky, it is rather hard to get started off the roll and if the roll should spin or flop, you can just as well throw out that strip. There's no getting it back apart. Hence the 3-star easy to use; easy to install rating. So far it sticks great. We'll see in a couple months if it has come off.

If you're using Zip sheathing panels, you know quite clearly the point of Zip tape. When properly rolled, the adhesion on Zip panels is excellent. The strong acrylic adhesive of Zip tape is useful for more general taping applications as well. One thing to note on this size tape is that it does not have a release paper. In other words, once you peel it, the sticky side is exposed. Sometimes it's useful to have a tape with a backer in case you need to pre-cut a length and then only apply it when ready. Some of the other Zip sizes do have a release paper. Overall, it's great to have this great tape readily available on Amazon.

My husband says this stuff works very well, so I have to take his word for it. Since we are building a house, ordering a case was more cost effective than purchasing one roll at a time.

Last year this was the most spectacular tape ever....BUT...the company has done cost cutting and now gorilla tape is much superior....typical US scam...make a great product then make it cheeep and try to pass it off as the original....nice con job
