Stopped Working and Chant Quality is Poor
Quality of chant was below standard and stopped working in 15 days.Now it cannot be returned also.Pls don't buy.

Faulty piece received asked for replacement but didn't receive anything from them
The soundify i received was a faulty piece & was not in working condition at all. I had requested for return immediately when I received , I got a MSG saying it will be replaced but till date neither it got replaced nor I'm aware of any refund processed . I had received it on 12 th December..it's been almost more than 20 days , I'm absolutely clueless about everything.

Bad audio quality
Good to have this prayer in plug n Play mode but audio quality is bad.

No value for money
The sound is metallic and very low even to the highest point. Cannot hear the wording clearly. Secondly it's a non returnable item with no money refund, so I had to exchange. I don't know what will come in exchange !!!
