My old battery operated toothbrush stopped working out of the blue! Was so happy to get this one the next day.What a difference! I have long been an advocate of Oral B and this did not disappoint. I literally unpacked it and put it to work.It came charged and the toothbrush heads are fantastic. My teeth felt immediately cleaner and happier after use. I really like the warning button if you are using too much pressure on the brush. This is a cheaper choice (as compared to the other more expensive iO options) but it will serve you well. I would definitely buy this again

Love this toothbrush. I have had many Oral-B electric brushes over the years, and continue to say with this brand because they work great and have many helpful features like speed choices. This one goes off 1 second if you brush too hard which is a very helpful feature. I like to new slim design.

I would recommend buying this in a store where you can return it. I can't really say when this stopped charging however I received in 4/16. It wasn't opened right away because I was waiting for the other toothbrushes I ordered. They have toothbrushes in their bathroom upstairs and toothbrushes in the bathroom downstairs. Basically for mornings and night and this no longer charges and it hasn't even been two months. I've already checked with the other chargers and other toothbrushes, the charger works just fine, but the toothbrush didn't even last a year.

Does a great cleaning job and it is not noisy.

I've had an Oral-B electric powered toothbrush for probably a decade now. It's an older model, but it must be OK because they still sell it. I bought this iO Series 2 model, not because I needed it, but because I'm currently splitting time between two residences, so I just needed a second toothbrush. I have been blown away by the effectiveness of this product! It's light years better than my other Oral-B. It has three modes and you can even teach it which mode is your favorite, so it defaults to that mode instead of making you cycle through to get to it. It has a light to indicate when you're using too much pressure--and I immediately learned that I've been using too much pressure. It almost feels like cheating to use such a light touch, but this thing is cleaning my teeth in ways I never thought possible. My teeth ACTUALLY LOOK shiny and clean after brushing. Grossness Warning: It gets stuff from between my teeth that no other toothbrush ever has, so it's not just giving a "surface clean."The only reason my review is missing that fifth star is that the handle not only has no grip or texture, it's literally slippery. It's plastic, as one would expect, but they attempted a metallic-like effect on the colored models, and it makes it hard to get a secure grip on it. The color is neat, for sure, but I'd rather feel confident that it's not going to slip out of my hand.

Was skeptical if I'd like this any more than the cheaper Oral-B 1000, but it has exceeded expectations. It's quieter and gentler on the lowest setting. My only skepticism remaining is around the brush head, which is recessed in the middle. I am not sure on how thorough a job that shape does, as it feels like only the edges touch my teeth. However, I can replace with a different style head when replacement is due. Has good battery life so far. Would recommend, it is worth the money for this upgrade.

Makes my teeth feel so clean

Not bad but not as good as Philips Sonicare. Had a Sonicare diamond but it has died after years of use. Read some good reviews of Oral-B but it's not as impressive as the reviews say. Doesn't clean my teeth as well as Sonicare.UPDATE: I have changed my mind on this. I actually think this is better than Sonicated. I have changed the way I brush to suit this toothbrush and I have really ended up liking it. Changing to a 5 star. Would buy again.
