These for myself were excellent.. after 2 weeks of taking these, but doing over the prescribed dose, had warmth return to my hands, and changed my diet too, returned taste to my tongue. This product is garbage. It failed third party testing, and has only a FRACTION of the amount of natto that it claims. This should be criminally charged. People buy it who have heart problems, hoping it will improve the heart. But it's a fraud.
