Great protein powder for meal supplements
Great product! I add it to oat milk personally In a shaker cup (milk first powder second to avoid clumping) and it taste great better than a lot of alternative powders especially the ones with a lot of sugar. I dont use it every day so its a great value for me personally as I use it for meal supplement due to being unable to eat proper meals a lot of them time due to taking zepbound. Nutritionally I think its great the high fiber and a lot of supplemental vitamins I wouldnt normally be getting are awesome! Highly recommend!

Taste is good and supply needed protein, however does not mix well. Clumps a lot.

Tastes great with A2 whole milk. With water, however, it doesn’t taste so good. I will buy again for sure. It has 25 grams of protein for me at 79 years old—plus fiber & vitamins.

This tastes awful.I am using it as I bought this as I wanted the fiber with my Protien as it was $9.00 more than the bigger container of another brand I usually got but I can’t get past the taste.Waste of my money.

Sickening Sweet
Not a fan of the artificial sweetness. It is way too sweet. Thought this would be a good replacement for Natures Bounty Protein that was recently discontinued. I thought I did my research well enough but I am disappointed. Looking for another replacement now.

I’ve tried few protein powders before and I am thrilled with this one. Talk about feeling full after drinking this. I mixed with cold skim milk and 2 frozen strawberries in the blender. I would not have ordered the chocolate had I noticed that’s exactly what I did, and I am so glad I did. The flavor was smooth, not chalky like some proteins. No bad after taste. I’m going to use as a meal replacement 2 times a day. To be honest, I can’t wait til this evening for my protein dinner. It’s like getting a good meal and dessert mixed together. Going to order vanilla next.
