Very cool and accurate weather sensor. *If you live where it gets very cold - or very hot- make sure you use LITHIUM batteries in the outdoor sensor. Alkaline don’t last especially in extreme conditions. It’s a good practice to use lithium in outdoor sensors no matter your weather. Easy set up- gave it a few days to calibrate. I’ve had mine over 2 weeks and it’s very accurate. Something to note about the MIN MAX temperature readings. They reset every 24 hours FROM THE TIME YOU FIRST INSERTED THE BATTERIES TO POWER ON. I reached out to the company, they were kind enough to tell me that the manual is incorrect. Easy to check the mold, heat index or dew point- just press the INDEX button to cycle through them and leave it at the one you want displayed continuously. You can still check the other 2 values by pressing INDEX button at the back. I put the sensor in a shady spot where there’s absolutely no sun, and it’s got an overhang so it’s not getting wet in the rain. The little light icon at top center turns the backlight on for a few seconds. It’s easy to see without it. I’ve attached 3 photos- one with the backlight lit in natural light- then without it. The brightest photo was taken with camera flash enabled. All in natural light. You can see the min/max temps which automatically reset after 24 hours. I reset it the first night at midnight so it’d always reset at midnight on its own. Fun gadget for other weather geeks like me! Fun colors, too! Highly recommend!

Nice small size that goes on a shelf where we can see outdoor temps. Also shoes indoors temp. Easy to set up and the small receiver hangs on the wall outside nicely.

It appears to be well made and sturdy. The sensor is much sturdier than others I've used in the past. I hung mine on a nail and it hangs flat against the wall nicely. The casing at the point of contact with the nail is 5/8" deep so I have no concerns about it breaking there. My first location of the sensor eventually became drenched in late afternoon/early evening sunshine and the temperature sensed was most definitely affected by this, but that's not a bad thing really as it showed me that the sensor is sensitive enough to register the sunshines effect. I did relocate the sensor though as I want an accurate air temperature reading without the suns effect. The accuracy seems to be good. Compared to other thermometers I have around the house it consistently measure +/- 2°. I've also compared it's reading to the NWS published temperatures for my location and again it stays within the +/-2° sometimes 3° range. Very acceptable to me. The display unit is also sturdy and well made. It displays both indoor and outdoor temps and keeps the min and max for the day. I set mine to display heat index but dew point and a mold indicator are also available. The backlight button is easily accessible and is at the point of contact from where the unit hangs so I'm not constantly knocking the thing off the wall. Excellent design there I would say. The display unit is heavy enough that it hangs well and probably wouldn't be easy to brush off the screw or nail it hangs from if you had it in a location that that could happen. It also has a pull out stand on the back for setting it on a table or any flat surface, which also seems to work well. I had no problems with the instructions and had the batteries inserted and the settings set within just a few minutes. Quite easy actually. I like this thermometer and am very pleased with it. I can't speak to power usage and battery drain at this point as I've only had it for a short time, but I might add that information after I've used it for a bit. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Update: December 24, 2025 Well, I've had the thermometer for a year. It's still working with no complaints. Original batteries still installed. Accuracy is the same. I'm still happy with my purchase.

The wireless indoor/outdoor thermometer/hygrometer works well but it has two minor issues. According to the instructions, you need to place the remote sensor at a location that is protected from rain, which limits the sensor's possible locations. Also, the feature that tries to predict future weather using a barometer that senses changes in air pressure is not very helpful. However, as near as I can tell the indoor and outdoor temperatures are accurate, as is the hydrometer. One feature that I really appreciate is that lightly touching the top of the device will light it up for a few seconds making it easy to read in low light conditions. So accuracy is good and that is what really counts. But properly locating the remote sensor so that it will not be affected by rain, while it remains fully exposed to the outdoor temperature without being exposed to full sunshine during the day, can be a head scratcher.

Excellent little weather station for the money, okay, I actually got this to replace the aging one in my RV, AND most importantly because it was wood grain! No really, it matched the interior of my RV Decore spot on. This was a great buy and set up was super easy. It also has a humidity and heat index feature, which I personally couldn't care if it had it or not. The display is very easy to read and has a touch sensor to illuminate the screen. Nice little unit.

This was the third one I ordered. I had two other different ones from different manufactors because we could not read the screen from 8 feet away unless you turned the backlight on. This one was just perfect. Large enough numbers so you can read them in the daytime, or touch the backlight button for when it gets dark. You have several choines for the backlight button frame wand we chose the wood look. Well worth the price and was the best choice we could have made. If you like simple things, you will really like this one and the reading for inside and out are right on target. Highly recommend this one!

Solid little weather station! Outdoor sensor failed after about 2 years. Display felt a bit convoluted, but easy enough to learn after a while.

Once I read the directions & figured out how to change the settings from F to C I was happy with how the thermometer works. It paired ip immediately with the outside piece & has been working well. I am giving it 4 instead of 5 because the stand could be a bit better it is not as stable as I would like it to be. it also did not come with batteries & one part takes AA & the other is AAA so that is annoying.

Seems to work. Display is good. Curious if the sensor survives winter.. let’s see!!
