These corrective insoles have helped me a lot with foot pain and posture. They are comfortable, easy to use, and feel good quality. I noticed improved support while walking, especially in the heel area. They’re not perfect for very severe cases, but for daily discomfort or mild alignment issues they work very well. I really liked these insoles. My high arches collapsed a couple of years ago causing my right ankle to severely over pronate. The impact misaligned my leg putting pressure on my hip. It is very painful and makes me walk like a penguin. So, I've had to wear heel supporting sneakers- not always conducive in a professional work setting. I tried these out and they seemed to work. No pain or limping at the end of the day. The insoles sis slide slightly and will work on a better way to put them in my shoe. The product came with 3 pairs.

I'm a supinator and wear the outside edges of my very pricy running shoes while the rest of the outsole still looks new. I'm only getting around 300 miles before I need to replace them and this is expensive. I thought these inserts were going to be a complete waste of money but I was unexpectedly surprised at how effective these are at correcting my footfall. I immediately noticed how I was feeling pressure on the ball of my foot for the first time. I needed no break-in time finding the feel different but entirely comfortable. I recommend giving them a try; well worth the cost.

I've tried a few different shoe insert devices to correct my supination over the years. These are the best and I definitely recommend them. They have a good amount of cushion to them and are large enough so they are comfortable. The adhesive sticks well to the insole of my shoes, yet it also is forgiving enough to allow me to reposition them if I don't get them in just the right spot on the first try.

First of all, this has very easy instructions. My daughter has I called it a crooked foot and it helps her to align her legs. It stays in place. It has self adhesive on the back and it’s easy to reposition if needed this works for men or women and you could even run in this. It supports a hill. The adhesive is very sticky. It’s a perfect fit and it’s not a bad price.

Foro myself they seem to be working good. Podiatrist seemed to think so also.

The quality is okay. They were soft but support seemed to fade after several daily uses.

They fit all my shoes perfectly, and the layered heel wedges actually help nudge my overpronation into better alignment with no discomfort at all. My posture's improved, and they're comfy enough for all-day wear. You get 2 pairs which was unexpected - one pair black and another transparent. They have sticky bottoms to stay in place in the shoe. Wish I'd tried 'em sooner!
