I lost an old pair of Apple AirPods that I had inherited from my kids and promptly lost them (actually, I think one of my other sons swiped them). So I was stuck without wireless earphones to use when I travel. And for the same reason I don't spend a lot of money on sunglasses - the fact that I lose them or destroy them at an astonishing rate - I didn't want to drop a lot of money on earphones/earbuds. So I started trawling the vast expanses of the Amazon Ocean... And found these. The reviews were pretty good. They were over-the-ear clips, so I thought maybe that could reduce my losses. And the price was really good. No risk in trying them - click BUY NOW. So here's the deal - I have a big head and the ears go with it. But I have wide yet shallow canals. In ear things fit kind of wonky... These clipped over my big, meaty audio dishes on each side and settled in pretty well (with the medium rubber tips). Powered them up, followed the prompts and got them paired, and they worked first try. I noticed that the loudness was enough, but not too much. So if I have a noisy environment I can get it to an audible level, but not loud enough that I get all the nuance of a full theatrical mix. And they are lacking on the low end. There's no rumble and they seem to fall off before I would call the sound "rich." I won't go with "tinny," they aren't quite that - they just don't have any real low-end thump. But here's the thing - I'm not surprised at that. If you want the ends of the audible spectrum to be clear and present and you want reasonable, portable size, you've got to buy some legit technology that costs WAY more than these do. I like them. They're what I wanted them to be. If they get lost, drop in toilet, or just die I will not lose sleep over them - I'll just order another pair. Heck, at this price order a second pair and have them on stand-by. If you want a good value, decent audio quality, and performance, these are great. If your young kids need something they can't crank up and use to kill their cochlear hairs, this will work. If you want concert sound or blown out of your seat watching movies, go buy something else and spend multiples more.

I have used these headphones for when I go on long distance bike rides. They are a great value, sound great and stay in place when I ride.

UPDATE: I've now had these for a couple of months. One of the earbuds won't charge nor turn on. So, if you're looking to pay for two earbuds and get ONE, then these are perfect. PREVIOUS: I've had occiam buds before, and I keep coming back. These are EXCELLENT. If you use both buds simultaneously, you have ALL DAY listening. No joke. If you use one at a time like I do (in an office setting), you can rotate them and listen 24 hrs a day - every day. LOL. The sound is amazing both ways, has 4 clear mics, etc., etc. They're IP67 Waterproof for workouts. Plus, the charging station is 2,200MAH, so you can charge other devices and your phone in a pinch. These, like my other occiam buds are A+. Highly recommended.

These replaced the amazon echo earbuds v2. For me these are far superior. They actually stay in my ears, the sound is better, the button controls are less finicky than the touch controls, the battery life is far longer, the case battery is much larger and they sound better. Cons: 1. The case is larger. Of course the case is larger to accommodate the larger form factor with the ear loops. The larger case houses a larger battery and has a numerical battery % display. So the larger case size does have actual benefits. 2. No active noise cancellation. This is really the only actual place where the echo buds have an advantage. For me though, it isn't a big deal. The net result: these are better in pretty much every way besides the noise cancellation which I'd gladly trade for just staying in place. The better sound, longer battery life and less fidgety controls are bonuses.

These work great. I love how the battery lasts a long time and you can see the charge level on the outside of case. Sound quality is great. Fit is very comfortable. Mic works great for phone calls. Can hear great on calls or listening to music. Very happy with this purchase!

I have enjoyed these. Normal earbuds never stay in my ears (have tried multiple brands). These have the loop over the ear and seem to stabilize things enough to make it a non-issue. I typically wear these either mowing or walking. Battery life has been great. The connection to my phone has always worked flawlessly. Would definitely recommend for a budget set of ear buds.
