The only problem is the whistle, it hardly ever whistle, there's a lot of steam coming out from the sides, it does the job of cooking the idli, but while steaming the steam escapes from the sides. It has no Gasket.

The quality of the product is not good and opt to return the product and my return requested is accepted by amazon. But no-one has come to pick up the product and today is showing that the return window is closed. Complete waste of money. Worst service
