A light and refreshing protein
I purchased the protein after seeing an Instagram ad and I would say I loved the protein. Its easy to mix, tastes fresh and amazing, i dont feel any bloat after drinking. Much easier to drink even during workouts too compared to the traditional whey proteins.

Not as per the expectation - False Marketing and Advertisement
The powder is very difficult to mix in water. The brand has made false claims that it can be mixed easily. False promises were made on the taste. The taste is also very different. Digestion of the same is quite challenging if you shift from a different protein to this one. Your body will take couple of days to get use to it, and in those couple of days you may feel urge to use toilet frequently. The quality is not up to the mark. And i would not say this product is value for money because at this price you get way too manu options which is easily soluble and easily digestible.
