LFGO makes good energy pouches, BUT I upgraded recently. For quite some time, and they’ve worked well for getting me through long days. The convenience of having a quick energy boost in a pouch was always great, especially when I didn’t feel like drinking a whole can of energy drink. I liked how I could just toss a pouch in and feel a little more awake within minutes. The caffeine hit was good, and the flavors were decent, too. LFGO has been reliable for me, but after trying the new Aura caffeine pouches, I’ve got to say I’m switching over! Aura is on another level when it comes to energy pouches. One of the first things I noticed was how much smoother the energy felt compared to LFGO. With LFGO, I’d get a quick rush of energy, but it didn’t always last long, and sometimes I’d get jittery. Aura Caffeine Pouches, though, give me a more balanced and steady flow of energy that lasts for hours. Plus, it helps me focus better, thanks to the nootropic ingredients like Cognizin citicoline and theanine. I didn’t realize how much I needed that extra mental clarity until I started using Aura. Another thing I love about Aura is how clean it feels. LFGO pouches were convenient, but I often felt like I was trading off between convenience and the quality of the ingredients. Flavor is perfect. I wanted Cherry and this being sour is just a bonus. It’s neither too sour nor too sweet. It smells exactly like what I want Cherry flavor to smell like. I’ve opened too many pouches from other brands to be greeted by a wonderful aroma and disappointed by mediocre, if not vile flavors the second I put the pouches in my mouth. This not only tastes great, it lasts. An hour in and the flavor is still there. Some people may think it tastes like synthetic cherry candy or say it smells like medicine. I love cherry candy! Most artificial flavors taste much better than natural flavors. This is ‘flavored with other natural flavors’ and it’s amazing. It’s nothing like cough syrup. If they could make a natural grape flavor that tasted as good as the synthetic grape which made American gum and candy great, I’d buy it in a caffeinated heart beat. But the caffeine? Tastes great without tasting like caffeine. That’s most of the point of a pouch. The rest is about longevity, mouth feel, and do you need to recharge it. Mouth feel is solid. It’s a good size. More like a 2one than a Fre with that One shape supersized. I’d liken it to a more filled Alpha. It snugs in well and doesn’t need to be tongue folded. I found myself moving it side, center, and side behind my upper lip once every 20 minutes to enjoy the minor burn. It has a little sting that just adds to the experience. I want to feel that it’s there and working. No slime. It doesn’t slime at all. Some pouches are prone to feeling like a snot wad a few minutes in, but this stays clean. No recharge needed. You don’t need to swirl or prime it with water or ghost it with an energy drink to keep the flavor going. It’s there. Flavor over time. This provides a zero maintenance flavor for the entire time it’s in my mouth. If I want to taste a bit more, I can probe or squeeze it with my tongue or lips. It doesn’t run out in seconds. Caffeine? It’s there. It’s a lot, but I’m glad these last because I’d have too much caffeine quickly if I had to keep putting new ones in to keep enjoying the flavor and experience. 5 stars? Yes. So many products that are sub par have 4 stars that it’s impossible to choose what’s good based on ratings. Half the reviews compare products to something nobody has heard of, read like marketing, or are people giving a good rating and whining about the one thing they disliked. This is on par with, if not the best caffeine or nootropic pouch I’ve had. Downsides? Not with the product itself. The price is as steep as most caffeine pouches are and would be great if it was lower. I’d buy these with half or a quarter the caffeine and be happy, but that’s not saying this product didn’t give me exactly what I wanted and more than I expected. Volume pricing? At least I can skip any flavor I don’t want to try because the variety pack is priced for people who failed math. How does it cost more to buy a 4 pack than 4 individual packs? I cut energy drinks a long time ago and mostly rely on a couple cups of coffee in the morning for caffeine boost. Every now and then later on in the day I’ll feel like I need something to wake me up, I’ve relied on 5 Hour Energy and while they work, the taste is vile and I know they aren’t much healthier than energy drinks. I decided to try these around 2pm, and while I truthfully wasn’t expecting much, they surprised me big time. I noticed the caffeine almost immediately. I left the pack in for about 10 minutes before getting rid of it. Even an hour or two later I could still feel as though the caffeine “buzz” was getting stronger. I was more wired than I have been in a long time, and this is from a regular consumer of caffeine. I was fully expecting a crash later on, but that wasn’t the case at all. I was motivated and energized up until about 10pm and didn’t feel sluggish at all. I woke up early the next morning feeling just fine too, not groggy which can happen if you abuse too many energy drinks during the day. I highly recommend you try these if you find yourself needing a boost. They’re more convenient to carry than energy drinks/5 Hours, and much better for you too. As an aside, I’ve seen reviewers stating an uncomfortable feeling holding it in their lip. I didn’t experience any of this. Worst case scenario, suck on it like a piece of candy for a while.

Overall my thoughts are this product Is that it's relatively fine. The ingredients are safe, the size though not the largest it's adequate for the amount of pouches, durability wise; the containers are thin plastic and the actual pouches are seemingly... Thin. When it comes to the comfort and the taste, I find it that the taste isn't horrible nor is it perfect, it's similar to what I would describe as if you were to lick a cherry scented car air freshener. And the comfort of it originally is a bit tense but you warm up to it. At first it stings like any other lip pouch and after a while you'll.. you'll get used to it. For the product being 10 bucks per tin, I find it to be somewhat reasonable for value-wise besides that I mean, the main problem I have with it is that it tastes synthetic and as I said previously like a car air freshener. I'd recommend it to those who are interested in getting into other products when they get older like Zyns, and other tobacco-related products because it gives you an insight as to if you don't like this then you're not going to like the other options on the market. Though the taste and flavor of it could just be a me thing as the sour cherry isn't horrible but definitely synthetic. Otherwise it's an okay product I don't hate it yeah.

These are my favorite pouches. They have a strong kick and great long lasting flavor. Strawberry Kiwi is good, but the Sour Cherry is amazing. And they smell so good I practically have to fight people off when I crack the can open. They do have some sting, but there are worse ones on the market. These are fairly small, especially for how well they perform. I find the the energy hits quickly, lasts long, and doesn't have that sudden crash. I see someone else compared them to the Top Shelf Auras. I don't even know if you can still get those on Amazon, but I got some a while back. They're good, but much less strong. I think it's 30mg vs 200mg of caffeine. They have some extra nootropics, but I'm mostly trying to keep my eyes open. Top Shelf for getting bright eyed in the morning, LFGO for working graveyard shift.

I saw WhistlinDiesel using this on his cyber truck review video and decided to try some. Personally, I think they're flavor choices are kinda sad - def could do with more. But the sour cherry is delish. I love these things lol. Yes, just like with regular dip these can sting your gum for a second - but not nearly as long as with tobacco dip if using for the first time. It only stung my gums on the first pouch, and it lasted all of 3 sec. no big deal. and yes, I did feel energy as long as the flavor lasted. I cannot say on the longevity of the flavor as each pouch I have tried lasted different lengths of time for me, like some drastically different than the one before. I like em.

Be very wary of them, they taste good, they work nice and one can goes a long way but if youre the type to leave a pouch in for hours the acidity of the flavoring especially in the citrus ones will eat away at the enamel of your teeth where they touch the gums

I like that with this, unlike energy drinks, you don't have to consume all of it. I might have it in my lip and have the energy I need. I take breaks from it and let it sit on a little plate, after like a half hour. When my yawns come back, I give it another go. It's been working really well through my trial phase. I love that it's natural flavors and ingredients. Feels less toxic than a red bull, in my system. The sour cherry, is strong but you get a little addicted to the. Sweetness like a gum.
