184cm 90 kilos, mes dents me parraissent trop courtes pour un travail en profondeur. Contrairement a son cousin pso rite, moins polyvalent.

A tennis ball would have the same benefit. Nasty horrible thing.

Let me preface this by saying I have a lot of self-recovery tools. Foam rollers, massage balls of all kinds of consistentcies and sizes, a yoga wheel with little knobs etc. I don't have a pso-rite so I wasn't sure what to expect but... This hits the muscles along your spine better than anything else I have. I needed something like this! A hard plastic that digs right in. That being said this is hard plastic and may hurt some people. But if you couldn't find something that quite dug in to get those back muscles, here ya go.
