Received wrong bulb instead of Dahlia

I'm surprised to see the plant germinated from the bulbs, though the sticker on the pack says Dahila it's some wild ginger bulbs. Not recommending anyone to buy from this vendor. Both waste of time and money as the shipment took 1 week & bulbs took another 2 weeks to germinate. If I would've brought the bulbs or seedlings from the local nursary there would be plenty of Dahlia flowers bloomed in my garden. Totally unhappy, cant give 0 stars as rating hence given 1 star.

The bulb was half rotten and it got rotted completely after sowing. Don't buy waste of money and time
