These are excellent buds, the sound quality is great and sound selection is very easy to select from. Directly from the case or app. Well packaged and easy to follow instructions Battery life is great. Suits my needs for gym and walking about.

Rubbish considering it’s JBL,as the right bud keeps cutting out have done several factory resets as JBL has said but still the same problem,now maybe not everyone of these has this problem so it could just be a small batch

I have been using the Live pro2 by JBL for the last year and like them a lot. Didn't know if this was a worthwhile upgrade, but it is. The fit is better and the separation of the individual instrument is much clearer. I listen mostly to heavy music and these do hit the spot. Changed out the tips that came fitted for a smaller size, also included in the package. Don't really use the case features, but it is handy. Batteries seem to last well, enough for my use.

Brilliant equipment! The best in the world! I have been loyal to this brand for 10 years. Since it was recommended to me by a sound creator and quite famous DJ. And I wouldn't and won't replace this brand with any other as long as I live :). The equipment is indestructible. 🥰 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽.

The only missing part is the spartial and the firmware or lack of, I have there top three ranges and these are the middle of the three and I do think more effort could of been made into developing the firmware re noise cancelling, I prefer earbuds than stems as you can easily sleep in these type , these are exceptional but come on JBL why the lack of extra’s not everyone wants stem type .. the noise cancelling does work but you do need to make sure the fitting is correct . No spartial? Why is everyone not recognising we all DO NOT want the Apple copy …. But a great by. Sound is great , can’t complain at all but I do think JBL need to update the firmware
