Is the bracelet a hair-puller?

Mostly all metal bracelets are hair pullers at some point

How secure is the watch band? Does it stay tight on the wrist ? Or will it unlock whenever I move my wrist a certain way or bump something?

I've never had an issue with it coming off. It is as secure as any watch band I've ever had.

Is there a way to change the wrist size in case the band is too large or too small?
