Good and quick meal ideas
As someone who's always racing against the clock at dinnertime, this book is a game-changer. The recipes are genuinely quick - we're talking actual 10-20 minute meals here, not those "30-minute" recipes that somehow take an hour. What I love most is how practical everything is. No hunting down fancy ingredients or spending a fortune - it's all standard supermarket stuff. The sub-500 calorie promise per dish is a nice bonus without feeling like you're eating "diet food." The Greek chicken and the teriyaki salmon have already become weeknight staples in my house. Why not 5 stars? Some recipes could use more detailed instructions for air fryer newbies, and I wish there were more vegetarian options. Still, for anyone looking to make their air fryer earn its counter space while keeping things healthy and budget-friendly, this book delivers. Plus, given current energy prices, the tips on saving money by using the air fryer instead of the oven are super relevant. A solid addition to any busy cook's kitchen!

Fantastic recipes
Fantastic book, filled with a variety of recipes that I canโt wait to try. The recipes are easy to follow. Yet again Kay and Kate have hit the nail on the head with this book. Highly recommend.

Interesting
I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but they look interesting. However, not being a fan of meat in somewhat sweet sauces, I am reserving judgement. The author states that most people will have the ingredients needed in their pantry--I doubt this. This is a British book, so some of the ingredients may be named differently in North America.

What the dr ordered!
Received this today and not had a chance to cook from it but it is everything I hoped for. All ingredients are store cupboard ones I have and the simple step by step instructions means I have no fear in trying them out. Indeed, I canโt wait to try, they sound, and no doubt are, if previous books are anything to go by, amazing!

Very good but not as good as previous versions
I have the whole series of these books, and I really liked the first 2 editions in the series, but this one maybe loses a little bit of the magic. It's still a very good book with lots of good suggestions.
