A converter that doesn’t ruin my blow dryer!
I’ve bought this type of converter several times for over seas travel and burned up my hairdryer and curling iron. This converter actually works! I used it in Africa and in the UK. I did have to buy another end that plugs into the wall for Africa, but that was no big deal (got it at the airport in Johannesburg). It worked with my hairdryer and my curling iron with no issue. It has plenty of usb and usb-c charging ports. 100% recommendation this converter.

Nice adapter at a lower price
Don’t pay attention to any of the negative reviews. If you need a different adapter for Europe to add on, that’s simple. As far as it frying any appliances or your phone simply pay attention to the instructions. We just got back from Germany and it worked wonderfully. You just gotta know which one you’re plugging it into and what your item can take in terms of voltage.

BEWARE! It burnt my appliances
So silly of me thinking that such a lightweight flimsy adapter would really take heavy appliances of 2000W. When I got it and saw how light it was, I should've immediately returned it. 2000W appliances require a proper adaptor. I brought this to Argentina with all my US bought appliances and it burnt my Super Angel Juicer ($2000) and my electric tea kettle. It has worked with some other ones. I tested the electricity coming from it and it was all over the place. Very unstable current and very, very unreliable. Who's going to pay for my burnt expensive appliances? I'm really angry at whoever advertised this. Maybe it works for really small items but please, don't use this for your loved appliances or you'll regret it at one point or another. My tea kettle worked for 3 days using this until... gone. I bought a proper 2000W adaptor now and it weights like a brick... the way it should be.

Great travel charger
This is a great power converter. I use to lose at least one electrical item on each overseas trip, because I did not know, which voltage each appliance needed. I love the fact that this converter has little pictures to guide you to the right socket to use for each of my electrical items. The converter has worked great on every trip. It also has multiple USB and USB-C ports for charging my Apple watch and phone. I do wish the converter had one more USB-C port.

Cannot use this in most of Europe!
I really should have paid more attention to the photos, which show 4 plugs, for socket types A, G, I and L. You could make the case that I only have myself to blame for buying this travel voltage converter. However, the product description *explicitly* states under Plug Format that it comes with 5 plug types, "Type A, E/F, G, I, L". You can scroll up and read it for yourself. However, it does *not* come with an E/F plug, which is used almost everywhere in Europe & Russia, except for the UK & Ireland. So this adapter will very probably *not* work in: Albania, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Chad, Croatia, Egypt, Eritrea, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Mauritania, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Niger, Norway, Paraguay, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Sao Tom & Principe, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. But it *does* have an "L" plug, which is only used in Italy and Chile. Silly me, like so many Americans I'm going to France so this adapter is completely useless for my needs.

Excellent charger and voltage regulator
Excellent and vital piece of equipment for European travel using US electronics. Multiple plugs are a great addition for charging all hand held devices and electronics. Recommended.

Solid product, can recommend
We took this to South Africa and Zimbabwe, and it worked great. We never had to worry about what type of wall socket our accommodations had and it had no issues running my wife's hair dryer and curling thing. The USB ports are a bonus, meaning we didn't need to bring as many USB power blocks with us.

Doesn’t work!
Very disappointed. I bought this specially to be able to use my hair straightener and hair dryer in Dubai, and it doesn’t work! The safety button on my hair tools jumps right away when I plug it in!!!! It’s not working. Unfortunately I was gone right when it was delivered and only tried to use it today, and it shows the return window is closed. What a waste of money!! Shame on the seller for this scam!
