Hii dear Amazon , I was facing too many problem on return this lapto. I placed a return request on 14 march 2025 since then courier service make a missed call but did not came to pick up this laptop The laptop problem is battery issues and very poor built quality. Also I tried to to contact Amazon customer care it's showing unavailable. Please do need full to take your item back and refund my money thank you.

Good for the Price but body is not strong. Must be carefull for handeling. 2 pin plug is not suitable for UAE & is not mentioned on the pproduct description.

Good but the charger is type D and here where I live we use have only the british type G. And I had a very difficult time trying . to find a convert to solve this problem And it is not mentioned in the details . I hope they put a charger suitable based on the country . The keyboard is only in English alphabet too however I needed Arabic keyboard

Made by Low cheap plastic material. Maybe I should know about the keyboard options. Keyboard is not what we are used to it in UAE. There are 2 keyboards UK and American. I would like to suggest buying it from any store in Dubai instead because you could have an offer of free Ms. Office installation and installation and Arabic keyboard as well.

Acquired to have a PC at home capable to be carried. Construction material feel like cheap plastic. Performance is good, but feels sluggish compared to my office ThinkPad with Intel i5-1335U and 16 RAM, but acceptable considering price.
