I snore, was beginning to struggle with sleep apnea, and have acid reflux. I read info on wedge pillows, and decided to try one. I liked that this was in three pieces, so I could adjust it to my liking, and it was within my budget, for a first time purchase, so I could make sure it helped. The different arrangements on the diagram page helped me figure out what needed to go where for comfort and support. I opted to put two pieces together for the long incline, then discovered it was like an arm slot, so I could adjust and sleep on my side. The first night, no apnea, no snoring, and no acid reflux. I've had the pillow since February 2024, and it's now October 2024, and I'm still sleeping so much better! And, my husband no longer feels like he needs to sleep in the spare bedroom to avoid how bad my snoring had gotten. Last weekend, I had to take an overnight trip, and stay at a hotel. I didn't have the travel space to take the pillow, and I was miserable trying to sleep on conventional pillows again. It was my proof that this wedge is truly therapeutic. I am guessing I'll need to replace it after a year or so, because like any pillow or mattress, they break down in time. The fact that it has saved me from needing medication, and a CPAP, and my husband hasn't left the room, is well worth replacing it occasionally! Oh, and I never knew how much my arm would go to sleep on a conventional pillow, as a side sleeper, until I slipped my arm in the slot I created. No more waking up to a painful, numb arm either. That was the bonus I never anticipated. Sometimes, I rearrange the pieces, to sit in bed and read a book, or to lay on the couch and watch TV. It's my go-to for comfort now. The support, in any reshape, is wonderful and works well. The hardest part is remembering how the covers go back on after washing them. I figure solving a puzzle is good for my brain.

Had 2 discs replaced in my neck and went home the same day. This has been perfect to keep me up about 30-40 degrees which helped with swelling and pain and nausea. Slept quite well and did not have to sleep in recliner. The small cross pillow that goes under your neck isn’t very high so I had a small flat pillow I used under it The Velcro kept both in place. Last night I tried sleeping without it and strained my neck during the night so it really makes a big difference. It is soft but supportive at the same time which was great for my arthritic shoulders as I sleep on my side. I definitely recommend this. I am limited to 5-8 pounds max lifting. This fits within the limit easily. It is a little awkward to move but not heavy

Not a bad wedge pillow but the Velcro on the sides is really uncomfortable on bare skin and I couldn’t find a slip cover that would work for the different configurations (companies make the fitted sheet style ones for regular pillows but not for wedges unfortunately). I end up chaining together two regular pillow slipcovers over the top and bottom and clipping them with three dress clip buckles to keep them from slipping off with movement. It’s a decent wedge pillow set that is easy to configure, strong Velcro that doesn’t pull loose easily on accident, but it could REALLY use some sort of cover flaps or easy slip case to cover those sides. But that’s really the only complaint; I’ve used these for months now and they haven’t lost integrity or shape and continue to work good as a support pillow for working in bed, recovering from surgery and acid reflux sleeping, all I can account for personally. Just make sure you have a throw blanket or something you can secure over those scratchy sides.

These are so soft and comfortable. I ordered to use after breast augmentation and they were so helpful! 5 stars for sure!

I love the material of this pillow and the versaltity of being able to shift the pillows around. I recently had surgery and have been in considerable paim. This pillow allows me to adjust to the area that needs compression. The material is soft and pliable and applies pressure to the pain areas. It has really helped! I highly recommend this product.

To be honest it's a comfortable pillow but it's not good if you're looking for support or expecting an item that can be flipped around with the same effectiveness on different sides or a combinations. I think it'll get dirty pretty quick too. The velcro straps securing the two main parts together are flimsy and don't allow for making a real tight connection. The foam used for each of the three sections is very soft and if you're in need of significant support don't waste your time with this. You can get memory foam that has a soft initial feel and is still get provides support in any configuration. You would never see this thing in a occupational therapy setting. Like I said it's just a pillow basically. I am 5'7 and I could use at least a couple inches greater length in the longest direction. It's hard to explain but it basically flops over under my weight (152 lbs). Maybe when I don't have broken ribs enjoy using it while I watch TV but I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board and find something that works as advertised. One last thing, there is multiple typos in the instructions. It's a small thing but I'm dying to know what high incline is. (Amazon won't let me add pictures without giving them permissions to access everything on my phone so sorry. Amazon sucks)

This bed wedge pillow is fantastic. I am sleeping so much better. I just love everything about it. You can sleep on your belly, side or back. So comfortable. I don't have to buy a new bed, this solved my gerd problem.

Does what it's supposed to. I like that it has detachable pieces allowing for custom arrangement based on your needs.

I purchased one few days ago and surprised by quality and light weight and packing. It gives good support and comfort for long duration use. Very convenient to handle due to light weight. Many possible settings so you don’t need any more pillows on bed for upper body. Probably best in class

So stiff not helping me to sleep. It has many options to place pillows but quality is not good as it doesn't seem to be memory foam

These are comfortable initially, but as you lay and they warm up, they get softer and less support. Also the cover is poor quality, the velcro easily pulls/frays the white if it happens to touch it. Returned

Excelente produto, eu comprei pois tenho refluxo e está me ajudando demais. Nunca mais noites sem dormir. Muito confortável, sem cheiros, nem macio demais nem duro demais. Deveria ter capas pra ele, mas o benefício vale muito a pena.
