I am really thrilled with this purchase. The quality is outstanding and sofa looks better in person. Very easy and quick to put together and incredibly comfy. Delivery was super fast too and I was well updated. Very friendly delivery guys too. Highly recommended!!!!

I’m very reluctant to buy things like this from online as I like my sofas to be firm, after speaking with the customer service team who stated ‘ I would not be disappointed in this sofa and it was firm’ I can honestly say this sofa was medium to firm and very comfortable! The quality of the sofa is fantastic! Very ready to assemble! Just clip in the backs! I thought I was missing part off the 2 seater sofa so I got in touch with customer service who advised me the middle part for the 2 start sofa is actually underneath the sofa in a zipped area! The LEDS are a hit when your chilling and watching a movie! The customer service team reply very promptly and are very professional at all times! Every time I had a question they would also get straight back to me! Very helpful. You can’t go wrong for this price! I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve seen a similar kind of sofa for double the price in a shop local to me! Anyone that is looking to purchase the sofa but is reluctant just like I was go ahead and do it! You will not be disappointed! That’s a promise.

Excellent. Sofa is beautiful, such good value for your money. Delivery was so fast , l literally received the sofa the day after l ordered !! Delivery men were so good , they kept me updated on arrival time and were good to their word and arrived exactly when they said they would and put the sofa together for me ( a small fee of twenty pounds for this service is worth every penny) . I highly recommend

Looks so much better in reality than the photoes. Very comfy, ultra smooth electric recliners. Was charged £30 for it to be put together though. But we'll worth it. They seems to be a good solid sofas. I bought a three and a two seater. Love the colour. The price i paid was really good too. Up to now I have no complaints at all. I will update this review on 6 months to help others decide to buy or not.

Finally got the sofa—yes, *the* sofa—after nearly calling the police on the first delivery driver (seriously, read the company’s feedback, it’s a saga). Now, I won’t lie, it does look stunning sitting there in the living room, making everything else seem just a bit inadequate by comparison. Of course, the delivery process? Well, that was a masterpiece of confusion. First, I was told they'd bring it upstairs, no charge. Then, suddenly, there was a charge. Then, there was an additional charge to assemble it, which they only half did, because they left with one of the LED strips not working, one of the backs loosely hanging, and one of the seats half-connected. So, if you're tempted by "cheap and cheerful," think again. This sofa is indeed the showstopper they promised—it's comfortable, and it certainly looks the part. It’s just the service that’s, shall we say, a touch more "charity shop" than "furniture boutique."
