Product was delivered on time. Installation can be one by yourself no additional requirements needed. It does take about 24 hours for the fridge and freezer to set at the right temperature and cool. Space is quite limited inside, not recommended for purchase if bulk cooking is done in the household and not recommended for large families :) not a negative point but a valid one.

I bought this fridge/freezer after falling in love with double door/freezer drawer designs. I didn't view it in person in a shop before buying it but looked at online reviews. I believed the Hoover brand to be of good quality and so bought it from Amazon, sight unseen. There are pro's and con's... The design is good. The fridge space is large and I love the drawer design for freezer items. If you store a lot in your freezer this model might not be enough for you as it is definitely designed to maximise storage for fresh items, but it is enough for me and my son. It came with a removable ice maker which is not built in, but which you can store in one of the drawers. It takes up quite a bit of space but you don't have to keep it in there. It also came with a packet of small plastic hooks which was not explained. However, the look of the fridge/freezer is the best thing about it. The exterior material feels cheap: it has definitely been skimped on. Fingerprints show up badly. The opening/shutting mechanism of the fridge is clunky; something which I saw commented on on YouTube reviews before I bought it. I soon discovered what the packet of spare hooks is for: they are actually the removable latches that seal the double fridge door at the top. In my case the hook latch fell off on the third day of use, never to be seen again. This is unacceptable: I'm the only use of the fridge so I know I was not rough with it. The fridge seals without the hook latch but it's even clunkier. Given that I found a bug from the outside world in the fridge after a week I'm now also doubting that it fully seals. Lastly, the instructions manual that comes with the product is badly written in the English (clearly translated and poorly) and much is not clear. Unbelievably I still can't find the thermostat in the fridge as it's not where the book says it is and seems to be invisible! I couldn't believe that an 'American' fridge would come with such a manual so looked up where these products are made; it turns out that a Chinese company bought the Hoover brand some years ago and now it all makes sense... So I'm giving this fridge three stars. I'm keeping it as I love the interior space both up and down, and how it looks, but I'm not confident this fridge will stand the test of time. It was a replacement for my 12 year old Panasonic which was the same price but with much higher quality. This fridge has put me off the Hoover brand which is a shame, as (with the exception of the clunky seal) it is beautifully designed on paper. It's just poorly executed in its build. I hope this review helps someone else decide!

Good to have as a second fridge at home or maybe only for two persons as it's tight inside.
