It works but don’t take too late at night.
It works really well for me. I am a 57 years old guy and I need a pre workout. I take amino for more than 15 years. Pretty much no side effects.

Have been using this product for years. It doesn’t give me the jitters but gives me sustained energy and hydration in the gym. I always add a scoop of creatine along with the recommended dose of the amino supplement. The citrus flavor was ok,

Cost cutting measures and a lack of quality packaging or negatives
I've been using ON Amino Energy drink in various flavors for about three years now. Works really well to keep me alerts and attentive during the work day Two issues though. You've shrunk the size of the scoop by about 50% (I assume it's a cost cutting measure, because it isn't a question of fitting in the container) and now I have to go digging around for it more so than the bigger scoop. Now I have powder on my heads and counter Second, what's with the super duper difficult lid to get off? I've worked with my hands for years so I'm not weak, but I actually sliced my fingertips on the lid trying to unscrew a brand new container.

Not the best for caffeine lovers
I wasn’t a big fan of the flavor. It’s a bit sickly sweet and chalky. It does perk me up, but not as much as Celsius. I wouldn’t say it’s a very good buy for the money if you like a good dose of caffeine (it’s only about 50mg per scoop). It is clumpy and does not dissolve easily. It’s a large amount of powder for not a lot of punch. It smells kind of flat and overly sweet as well. I would take a pass if I were you.
