Will not charge and no customer service!!
Charged the battery and used this item a few times. The product worked great. When to charge it again and it would not charge. The light would turn green in a few minutes. But when we tried to use the shaver it wouldn’t turn on. I have read that it happened a few times with other people. But my problem is that I wanted a replacement and now they don’t have any.
