I’m genuinely impressed with how well this slide curtain tape works! Installation was incredibly easy just measured, cut, peeled, and attached. Such a simple quality of life upgrade. So much easier to open and close the shower curtain now without that little bump in the middle. Simple to install and very reasonable price. Wish I had done it sooner and saved a lot of frustration. Sticks on good and plenty to extra to do more than one shower or have a backup.

Easy to install and makes the drapes glide nicely. BE SURE to not cut it short. We did this and tried to splice in a small piece. Nightmare. It MUST be continuous so the rings do not get hung up. We put this in a beach rental condo and people tear up everything. I installed drapes and knew they would pull the rod down if the drapes did not glide easily. So I started looking for a solution. Definitely works!

Beware Before you purchase this product…It didn’t work for me. My tabs, which are delicate, went from getting hung up on the curtain rod transition to getting hung up on the glide tape. I tried various ways to attach tape on rod (after following the attachment guideline) but could not get tabs to slide properly… they continued to get hung up

Nice solution for easing the taking off/cleaning and then re-installing of curtains. The tape holds well so far even against constant humidity with 4 people showering every night. The tape is smooth and the curtains glide easily.

This stuff is magical! I used it on a wooden curtain rod that I had painted. The curtain rings dragged across the painted surface, even with multiple coats of a polyurethane. I don't remember how I learned about this tape product, but figured it was worth a try. It works perfectly! It is totally invisible on the rod and now my curtain rings glide smoothly up and down the length of the rod. Brilliant! The roll came with much more than I needed but it didn't take long to find other places in the house to use it such as the shower curtain rod and two other curtain rods that "extend" and therefore have bumps at the point where the tubes extend. I'm hoping the product lasts a long time, but if it doesn't I won't hesitate to buy it again. Update: Sad to say, the magic did not last. After a few weeks, the curtain rings started dragging again when pulling the curtains shut - although it does better when pushing the curtains open. Admittedly, my curtains are rather heavy. I will definitely remove the curtain rod to apply more tape, but it is not the long-term solution I optimistically hoped for.

This curtain rod glide tape works very well. It is not as thick as another one I used previously but it is still doing the job of a quieter and easier slide of the curtains. This one is much more budget friendly. It doesn't come with alcohol swabs to clean your curtain rod before you install, so be sure to clean the rod beforehand to get the best adhesion.
