It would be nice to include in the package: a neck holder.
Works great but maybe a neck holder would be nice to have. My mom did not go forward but her hear was touching her chest.

The chest portion is long, so it cuts into the neck

A must for wheelchair safety.
Every caregiver whose loved one is wheelchair bound should have one of these. It allowed me to feel comfortable enough to be in a separate room or not have my loved one in direct view. Great safety promoting accessory that is really a necessity that should come with every wheelchair purchase or rental. I would recommend a way to make shoulder adjustments.
