How quiet the unit is, inverter technology is amazing!
The unit is great, very happy with the purchase. It was not that difficult installing it and it was not so heavy as compared to the unit we replaced. The unit is really quiet and cooled the room nicely. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Defective AC Unit That Failed Immediately
I’m extremely disappointed with this AC unit. It arrived completely defective. I plugged it in and it didn’t work at all. I looked up troubleshooting tips online, and the recommended solution was to let it sit for 12–24 hours so everything could settle. I did exactly that, and the next day it finally turned on… but only for about 25–30 minutes before shutting down again. Since then, it hasn’t responded at all. No airflow, no cooling, nothing. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality. Instead, I’m stuck with a useless appliance and the huge inconvenience of returning something this large and heavy. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Better than expected
Cools fast and is extremely quiet compared to the 35 year old one I replaced. Don’t even know it’s on. Lots of control options like the sweep feature which helps with cooling the room evenly.

It may work great if it can get installed.
I received it and I am attempting to put it through the wall so I have to separate the casing and the instructions say to remove 4 screws and that does nothing. I can not get it to separate or get anyone on the phone to help.
