Excellent TV with great image quality and good sound. I got it for 28K during Amazon day and it was a great deal for that price. The contrast level is great, nearly rivals OLED screens. That said, NOTE THAT THE TV DOES NOT COME WITH LEGS/TABLE STAND. I had to contact Samsung Support to get the stand installed, which they did free of charge.

After doing a lot of research and comparing TVs in the under ₹40,000 segment, I shortlisted brands like Samsung, TCL, Xiaomi (Mi), and Vu. Honestly, brands like TCL, Xiaomi, and Vu offer better specifications, excellent displays, and great value for money at this price point. However, I wasn't completely confident about their long-term reliability and after sales service. That's why I finally chose Samsung, a brand that has built trust over the years. I purchased this TV for around ₹36,000 during an offer, which I feel is a decent deal for a Samsung Mini-LED TV. Installation Experience One thing buyers should know is that the box does not include a table stand or wall mount separately packed. During installation, Samsung provides the option to choose either a table-top installation or wall mounting. Unfortunately, my installation experience wasn't perfect. The Samsung service engineer informed my family that the TV stand was not provided by the company and charged ₹2,700 for a wall mount setup. Since I was not at home during the installation, I asked him to complete the work and paid the amount later. Afterward, I learned that the installation option I chose should have been provided without the extra charge. I immediately raised a complaint with both Amazon and Samsung Customer Care. To Samsung's credit, their customer service was excellent. They acted quickly, instructed the service engineer to refund the amount, and the refund was processed promptly. I really appreciate Samsung for taking strict action and resolving the issue professionally. TV Performance •Build Quality: Good and feels premium. •Picture Quality: Decent, but not exceptional. I expected a bit more from the Mini-LED panel. •Sound Quality: Surprisingly impressive. The 30W speakers are excellent, and for most users, there is no need to invest in a separate soundbar. My view Overall, this is a good and reliable TV from a trusted brand. If brand reputation, service support, and peace of mind are important to you, Samsung is a solid choice. However, if you're not particularly attached to a brand name and want maximum features and picture quality for your money, I would also recommend considering TCL, Xiaomi (Mi), and Vu, as they offer excellent value in this price range. And finally, when it comes to TVs, my heart still says Sony is the king. If your budget allows, Sony remains my first preference any day.

I like the 75" Mini LED TV very much. Been thinking of upgrading my normal LED to a Smart TV. Delivery guy didn't do open box delivery, he said the installation guy will take care to get the warranty. Installation went well with extra amount for flexible wall mount. Unfortunately, from the 2nd day onwards the TV was getting switched off randomly quite often without any reason, be it anywhere like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc. Did all the troubleshooting with Samsung CCare including factory reset. Still it continued. After 2 days an Engineer came home and installed latest software update from pen drive as OTA is not yet available. He said it's a known issue and it will be fixed after the update... 1 day went and I am hoping it should be fixed... Apart from this, therikka vidudhu... When the Lights are off, we experience real theatre effect in picture clarity. But do not expect anything from sound point of view, definitely we need external speakers and I have a Dolby Digital/DTS enabled amplifier and speakers and really feel we are watching the movies in a theater... Now I am feeling that I should have gone for 100" TV (if it was available on Prime day sale) 😁😁😁
