Not designed for use in Dubai
This tool has an American plug. The voltage is incompatible with Dubai so you need an adaptor and voltage converter. This important detail isn’t advertised on Amazon.ae and it should be. Returning as can’t use it in Dubai

Delivery took about 1 week. It is easy to operate and heat up fast and I think it works better than hair straightener for short hair. Unfortunately it operates on US pin plug which is not compatible to Singapore. I use multi pin plug to operate the device and it works well.

Super practical and amazing for the hair and get the job done

My hair is collarbone length and is fine but there's lots of it (my hair dresser's words, not mine). I wanted something easier and less time consuming to use than a traditional hair straightener. This is absolutely amazing! I can get my hair done in under 15 minutes, whereas a traditional straightener would take me close to 45+ minutes. The power button didn't work well at first but the problem resolved itself with further use. I even contacted Wavytalk's customer service and they were helpful. Overall, I am a very happy customer.
