Arrived very fast and well packaged. The duvet is good quality but I ordered a 4.5 tog and I'm pretty sure a 2.5 tog was sent. The label did not have the tog rating on it, all my previous duvets had the rating on easily to see. The double size is accurate to my bedding and looks fresh, white and clean. I haven't tried to wash it so can't comment on that. It also came with a storage bag for when it's not in use. Customer service were very helpful with my query.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this duvet. The 600ct cotton cover is crisp, breathable, and effectively keeps the feathers from poking through.

It is really nice and comfortable, also warm enough in winter, a little smell but acceptable, which is the right duvet I want.😄

Excellent Quality Duvet – Warm, Soft & Luxurious! I bought the Double size (200x200cm) 12 Tog duvet and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. It feels incredibly soft, fluffy, and luxurious — just like a hotel-quality duvet. The warmth is perfect for colder nights without feeling too heavy or uncomfortable.

This is a lovely duvet, very light weight but still a 9 tog rating. It is warm and comfortable, and so much nicer than man made fillings. A luxury product.

Ive been using this for a few months now. Its slightly fluffy and and decently keeps you warm not bad. The problem started when the tiny plastic feathers started poking out and would irritate me. This is something to consider because i dont think its very comfortable having spikey feathers poke you while trying to relax.
