NatuDelight Kefit - Live Milk Kefir Grains, 1 TBSP Starter Culture for Home Production

I’m still not sure how to make it thick like the premade goat milk kefir I buy sometimes, but it works well, makes delicious kefir. It did not come with instructions, so I had to do some research. I bought some before and they worked well, but I worried I’d done something wrong, or consumed too much of it. I hadn’t, but it never hurts to have some extra. I don’t understand how the grain growth works, but the grain growth seems to be good. Considering how much I spend for premade kefir, it’s a good value for the money. I really like making my own kefir. I cannot tolerate cow’s milk, so I drink goat milk. Goat milk kefir can get expensive. Not only am I saving money, but I can use raw goat milk in it. It’s extra healthy. I DO wish that Amazon hadn’t used their heavy hand to remove questions from the product page. I liked the ability to have my questions answered by other customers, and to help folk when I was able.

After numerous attempts to find live kefir grains, i finally happend! I found them. The resulting kefir is surprisingly delicious - mild and not at all sour, but exactly as it should be. Although I already known how to handle kefir grains, I still followed the instruction strictly. In my opinion, this product deserves high praise. Feed the grains with good milk and look after them as if they were a child, and they will reward you in kind.

I originally purchased this product two years ago with excellent results. Due to personal challenges I had to stop making kefir last summer. I've recently made a new grain purchase and it has totally failed. They do not respond to their emails and have blocked messages on their texts. I'm hoping to find another reliable kefir grain source. I won't be using this source again.

Compré este producto 3 veces, seguí las introducciones, todo mi vida ha sabido de esto, porque desde niña mi madre los reproducía, pero no tuve suerte, los primeros llegaron de un color raro y muy babosos, luego tardó el envío, y luego lo repusieron, pero igual no sobrevivieron.

I just started making kefir at home and have no idea what I’m doing. This kit came in timely and had all the necessary instructions for me to start and maintain my kefir grains and produce kefir milk from it. Seems like a great company that is very dependable. Will buy from them again if I kill my grains.

This person is very professional. I love his product and I had a little problem and immediately he got back to me to fix it. When the product arrived it was packed nicely and professionally thank you! Oh the problem was when the grains was delivered, they said out in the sun. Vegas for eight hours cause I went to work and when I open them, they smell bad so I call Santiago immediately to fix the problem. I truly will buy from him again if I ever need it.
