I love this tape. It's far superior to the tape I've had before. It's been stuck on for over two days now. Hasn't moved in the shower or swimming. I'll replace it tomorrow for hygiene and to refresh the hold on the injury. I was recommended by a physio to wear it most of the times as my foot needs holding in a position as I am hyper mobile. I had some slight irritation where an end came loose and rubbed in bed, but I cut it off and all was fine. It is a great bright pink colour, a nice thickness and size and is durable, lasting ages and being tough . The helpful guide was really useful. The item is a nice change and the company delivered fast. Great service.

perfect tape for support but still allowing required movement.

My son loves this tape. He suffers with hypermobility so finds it comfortable having tape to support his knees. The colour is great, the adhesive is strong and it really helps ease the pain in his knees when running for long periods of time. It’s hard to find decent tape but this is def up there as one of the best weve tried.

best tape on the market, have been using it for years.

The blue one was amazing, stayed up for 5 days with shower, sweat and all. The red/pink one sticks away after 10 mins

I didn’t think this tape would work but after trying everything else to help with my plantar problem it wouldn’t hurt to try another method and whilst this hasn’t cured the problem I’m almost pain free for the first time in 2 years this tape really is that good.. there are other tapes out there cheaper and more expensive but this one is sticky and works really well so it £8 well spent

It's okay, not my favourite tape at all. The support could be better. I didn't get pain relief, just annoying feeling of tape, even though I had guidance from my physio on how to use it.
