Taste Good and They Work!
I've had trouble sleeping so the melatonin in these gummies helps a lot. I keep them by my nightstand at night and they're a nice tasting treat. I used to eat snacks right before bedtime and this helps curb my appetite. I've noticed I've lost weight and it's been almost a month so these work, but I also take a combination of apple cider vinegar pills too. So I'm not sure if it's the combo or one is working more than the other. The cost is affordable, I thought I wasn't going to be able to find some night time fat burners that were less than $20 and I did.

Tasty Gummies for appetite suppression and sleep
This product is delivered with gummy’s being individual not melted together even in summer heat they are tasty easily chewed. They do help with falling to sleep with no grogginess in the morning. They seem to help with appetite suppression ..I like this product
