Do they come with a case?

Yes, mine arrived with a nice hard case and a soft bag within that too

Are they suitable a13 year old lad

I've got a feeling that my review was not particularly positive - strap snapped on both pairs quite quickly. I have had a pair of TVR for at least two years and they are much better - perhaps not as comfortable around the eye but absolutely fine for a 30 min swim. Size/fit wise - depends on his face size. Might be better off with a teenager fit.

Anyone bought the photochromatic version and how are they doing?

I bought zone 3 goggles and paid more than I had for my previous pair which were manufactured by another very well known company but really pleased with them. They do not let water in and I only experience very minimal misting up. Well worth the money. Frankie
