The chair is really good. I especially love the multi lock system and it was the main reason I ordered this chair. I had gotten the wakefit chair before this but they had absolute nightmare of a customer service and delivered a used chair. This chair is quite comfortable and with the adjustable lumbar support and the shoulder pads. Assembly of the chair was also easy enough, it came with the handles attached. So had to only screw in the back and wheel base and headrest. Locking angles for me was the most important as I sit in a 120 degree angle. Locking mechanism and chair lift functions are smooth and easy to use. There is also a seat slider function which works smoothly but I dont use it so cannot comment more on that. Customer serivce was also prompt on reaching out after the delivery for confirmation and warranty related information.

The Green Soul Zodiac Pro is super comfortable and feels very premium. The ergonomic Flybird design gives great back support, and the seat slider plus 4D adjustable armrests make it easy to customize for long work hours. Writing it after almost 20 days usage and feels a good buy. After thorough research online and offline, going through multiple YT reviews went ahead with the purchase. All the features have been pretty decent so far. Only thing i found little less useful is the lumbar support. It gives decent support but doesn’t add much as promised. But otherwise headrest, armrest, material and fabric pretty good. Got it at decent price with good discount so satisfied.

The chair is comfortable, sturdy, and highly adjustable, making it suitable for extended work sessions. Its breathable mesh and smooth rolling add to the overall experience. However, the lumbar support is mostly decorative and may not suffice for those with back problems. Nevertheless, it remains an excellent ergonomic option for most people. Assembly is straightforward and clearly explained in the manual. It occupies about the same footprint as a standard office chair, except it’s taller because of the headrest. Tilt mechanism works smoothly.

It's a good buy as you can tune the chair to your height, desk height, and sitting posture instead of being stuck in one fixed position. The mesh material for back is a plus.

I initially faced an issue with the chair, which was quite frustrating. However, the support team followed up properly and eventually resolved the issue by replacing the faulty part. The resolution process took longer than expected, but I appreciate their effort to address the problem. Overall, the product is decent and the customer support was helpful.
