My Most Enthusiastic Food Endorsement Ever!
This product was tailor-made for my taste. I am crazy about gumbo (and okra in particular), but I don't often have the time to whip up a batch on my own. Okra-based products are rare in grocery stores near me, and I haven't ever found a canned gumbo product that really appealed to me. Ben's Street Food Gumbo broke the mold, and I try to keep some on hand all the time. It's a little spicy, but not too spicy for me. It costs more than some microwave meals, but a good bowl of gumbo is worth it once in a while. My only complaint is that the adhesive holding the sealing film to the bowl doesn't age well, with older packs sometimes refusing to open under moderate tugs. This gumbo rarely gets old enough at my house to be a problem.

Great for work meals.
I love these meals. They are of a great size in terms of filling ( I'm a 5'8 dude about 170 lb, 45 years old) me up. An easy 90 seconds in the microwave and they are tasty, they are shelf stable, they are good deal. I have bought these a bunch and continue to buy a couple different flavors of it.

Good, quick and fast flavorful meal.
Good flavor. It's NOT at all spicy, but I do like a good gumbo. This is NOT authentic you will find in LA's Terrebonne Parish, or NOLA, but it's still really good. It has a decent amount of fiber, but more protein could be added, as 7 grams protein is on the low side. These are great when I'm hungry but don't want to cook in this humidity.

Excellent sauce and rice, worthless meat
Buy for the rice and sauce but add your own meats.

Great for Quick Lunch
I came across these when looking for some Ben's rice on Amazon and decided to give it a try. These are great for a quick lunch. They have a little spice kick and a strong bell pepper flavor, which I wasn't expecting but really liked. I added a few crackers to mine and liked it. I don't think this would replace a full dinner, but they are great for a lunch option. I can store a few in the pantry that I can heat in 90 seconds during a time crunch. I would get these again.
